Job summary

Royal Freemasons Ltd invites an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead day-to-day clinical operations at Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care. This full-time, fixed-term maternity leave role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, overseeing care delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, manage care plans, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA RN registration and good standing.
• Experience leading clinical teams in residential aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding.
• Proven ability to manage care planning, documentation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Organisational skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations and ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Manage site operations in the absence of the Facility Manager.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and accreditation.
• Complete quarterly Clinical Indicator reporting.
• Conduct care plan consultations for new admissions.
• Oversee staff training, competencies and ongoing development.
• Monitor AN-ACC documentation and funding opportunities.
• Support residents with complex and palliative needs.
• Maintain clinical documentation and WHS/OHS compliance.
