Job summary

Royal Freemasons Ltd is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care, guiding daily operations and ensuring resident-centred care aligned with our values and policies.

You will provide clinical leadership, manage recruitment and rostering, drive occupancy and AN-ACC outcomes, oversee budgets and quality improvements, and ensure compliance with ACQSC and aged care standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in aged care or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with workforce planning and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the home and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Provide clinical governance and compliance with aged care standards.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development.
• Drive occupancy and AN-ACC outcomes while controlling labour costs and expenditure.
• Lead accreditation, compliance and quality improvement activities (ACQSC audits).
• Oversee workforce planning and rostering for safe staffing levels.
• Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies and WHS requirements.
