The role involves managing 14/7 rosters, high-volume bookings, and ensuring accurate reservation records with a strong focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have RMS experience, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to health, safety, and compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in remote mine-site villages or workforce camps with RMS experience.
• Excellent customer service and willingness to assist operations.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accommodation bookings, amendments and cancellations.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, room allocations and movements.
• Maintain occupancy reporting and accurate reservation records.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and site personnel; travel to site as needed.
• Maintain strict health, hygiene, and record-keeping standards.
