Cater Care Group seeks experienced Site Managers and Village Managers to lead remote mining village operations across Queensland. You will oversee accommodation, catering, and cleaning, while driving site performance, budgets, and client relationships.

This role emphasizes a strong leadership presence, tech-savvy administration, and a commitment to a safe, high-quality resident experience, with travel and remote rosters typical of FIFO/DIDO arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced remote, village, or large-scale hospitality environments.
• Strong administrative and computer skills; experience with reservation systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS).
• Resourceful, resilient, and customer-service driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in varying remote weather conditions and maintain remote readiness.
• A current manual driver’s license (forklift ticket desirable).
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery strengthens candidacy.
• Must be able to satisfy national criminal history check and coal board medical.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all site-wide accommodation, cleaning, and catering services.
• Take ownership of site performance: manage P&L, labor budgets, and food costs.
• Run accommodation reservation systems with accuracy and precision.
• Build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site team to deliver exceptional service.
