Qualifications

• Senior risk and compliance leadership experience in regulated financial services.
• End-to-end enterprise risk transformation experience.
• Postgraduate study or accreditation in risk, compliance or governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk and compliance functions and risk transformation program.
• Design target risk operating model and strengthen frameworks and controls.
• Embed accountability and monitor risk data, mapping, automation and reporting.
• Support executive and board risk committees with updates.
