E&P Financial Group in Sydney is seeking a Manager to support the Risk & Compliance team in a 12-month, fixed-term, part-time role (approximately 4 days / 30.4 hours per week). You will work independently and with the team to ensure robust regulatory compliance across Wealth, Funds, and Corporate Advisory.

A typical day includes providing ongoing compliance advice to representatives, enhancing Line 2 supervision, conducting AML/CTF and privacy reviews, updating policies, preparing Board reports,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of risk and/or compliance experience in financial services.

• Provide ongoing compliance support and advice to representatives and stakeholders to ensure continued compliance with relevant requirements.
• Enhance Line 2 supervision and monitoring framework.
• Conduct ongoing and thematic supervision and monitoring activities (AML/CTF and Privacy).
• Review and improve policies and procedures.
