St Spyridon Parish in South‑East Sydney seeks an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to strengthen enterprise risk management, governance, assurance, WHS and safeguarding across its education, parish and community programs.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Head of College and Shared Services, you will assess existing arrangements, identify gaps and implement proportionate, practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant risk and compliance experience.
• Professional qualification in risk/compliance or equivalent.
• Experience in safeguarding and child-protection regulatory obligations.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management, audits and governance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen enterprise risk management, governance, assurance, WHS and safeguarding across all programs.
• Assess existing risk and compliance arrangements, identify gaps and implement practical improvements.
• Oversee risk frameworks, regulatory reporting, audits, incident management and business continuity; report to senior leaders and Board.
