Sacred Heart College Geelong is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to support governance, risk management, compliance and occupational health and safety functions.

The role focuses on developing and improving the college's risk framework, providing expert advice across risk, governance, insurance, policies and safety to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement within a Catholic school community.

Qualifikationen

• Qualification in Risk Management, Compliance, OH&S, Governance or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of risk management, regulatory requirements and governance.
• Experience leading risk/compliance processes, audits and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage priorities, work autonomously and engage stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication aligned with Mercy values.

Aufgaben

• Develop, coordinate and improve the College's risk and compliance framework.
• Provide specialist advice on governance, insurance, policies and procedures.
• Support occupational health and safety, incident management and emergency preparedness.
• Engage stakeholders and promote a proactive culture of risk awareness and improvement.
