• 4+ years of experience in risk and/or compliance.
• Experience supporting business continuity planning in large organisations.
• Experience in enterprise risk and compliance management.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to translate exposures into actions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the University's business continuity and risk management capability.
• Coordinate and support business impact analysis, planning and ongoing improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to strengthen preparedness and resilience.
• Coordinate risk assessments, compliance assurance activities and reporting.
• Promote practical risk management aligned with the Risk Management Framework.
