Job summary

Sunwater in Queensland is seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Compliance Advisor to strengthen how risk is identified, managed and reported across the organisation. You will translate operational risks into enterprise-level insights and partner with executives to embed risk frameworks into day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise risk, compliance or governance roles.
• Experience embedding risk management frameworks into daily operations.
• Ability to prepare reporting for senior leaders and boards.
• Degree in Business or related field; professional certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on enterprise risk, compliance and assurance.
• Lead the ERCAF implementation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks and obligations.
• Maintain risk and compliance registers and monitor control effectiveness.
• Prepare reporting for senior leadership, Audit and Risk Committee, and Board.
