Charles Sturt University is seeking a Risk and Compliance Adviser to strengthen business continuity and risk management across the organisation. You will coordinate business impact analysis, planning, and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to improve preparedness and resilience.

This full-time fixed-term role (until August 2027) offers a competitive salary of AUD 104,971 to 114,698 per year plus 17% superannuation and hybrid flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification with 4+ years' experience in risk and/or compliance.
• Experience supporting business continuity planning ideally within a large or complex organisation.
• Experience in enterprise risk and compliance management in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate risk/compliance exposures into practical actions.
