Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a Risk and Compliance Officer to strengthen OHS, risk management and compliance across the organisation. The role is temporary full-time until September 2027, with hybrid work-from-home options and a pro rata salary of $90,917 per annum.

You will analyse complex data, develop reports and dashboards, draft policies, coordinate risk registers and support audits, while partnering with managers to improve systems and drive continuous improvement.
