Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment Group in Melbourne's south east is seeking a Risk, Insurance & Claims Officer to support a busy team during a period of leave. The role is hands-on, requires strong customer service and solid administrative capability.

You will process insurance and compensation claims, manage records, assist with enquiries by phone and written communication, and support the Risk Management Coordinator in day-to-day risk and claims processes. Immediate start, 3 months, $50 per hour + super.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, insurance, or claims.
• Strong customer service and professional enquiry handling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel and records systems.
