Job summary

Rip Curl Bondi Womens is hiring Peak Casual Sales Assistants to support the store during the busy peak period, with potential extra hours during key trading weeks. The role requires full availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late trading periods, starting mid-November or December 2026 through mid-January 2027.

You will deliver exceptional service, help customers find products, support stock and store operations, and contribute to a positive team culture in a fast-paced surf

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You'll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.
