Job summary

Rip Curl Mornington is seeking Peak Casual Sales Assistants to support the busy peak trade period from mid-November to mid-January 2027. This casual role offers flexible hours across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, help shoppers find the right products and keep the store organised and ready for trade. Prior retail or customer service experience helps, but attitude and energy matter most.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You’ll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.
