Job summary

Rip Curl Terrigal is hiring Peak Casual Sales Assistants to support the store through the busy peak trade period, from mid-November to mid-January 2027, with extra hours during key weeks. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers find the right products, maintain a clean, organized store, handle stock replenishment, and bring positive energy to a busy surf-branded team.

Flexibility across weekdays, weekends and holidays is essential.

Peak trade is on the horizon, and we're looking for great people to join the crew at Rip Curl Terrigal.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You’ll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.
