Job summary

Rip Curl Torquay Board Store is seeking Peak Casual Sales Assistants for the upcoming busy period. This casual role starts mid-November through mid-January 2027, offering extra hours during key weeks and requires full availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers discover products, support the team during promotions, and keep the store organized and ready for trade.

Peak trade is on the horizon, and we're looking for great people to join the crew at Rip Curl Torquay Board Store

If you’re keen to gain retail experience, pick up extra hours and be part of a team that lives and breathes surf and adventure, this could be your next Search.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You’ll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.
