Rip Curl Bondi is seeking Peak Casual Sales Assistants to join our team during the busy peak trade period. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, help shoppers find the right products, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Flexibility is essential, with availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade. This casual role offers opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks and a chance to be part of a global surf and adventure brand.

Peak trade is on the horizon, and we're looking for great people to join the crew at Rip Curl Bondi.

If you’re keen to gain retail experience, pick up extra hours and be part of a team that lives and breathes surf and adventure, this could be your next Search.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You’ll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.
