Job summary

Rip Curl Bondi Womens is seeking Peak Casual Sales Assistants to support the store through the busy peak trade period, starting mid-November or December 2026 and extending to mid-January 2027.

You will be available across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade, delivering friendly service, sharing product knowledge and helping the team during promotions while keeping the store looking fresh.

• Retail experience is preferred; attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
