Job summary

Aon is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Talent Data Solutions team to help clients turn remuneration data into confident reward decisions. You’ll partner with HR and Reward leaders to optimise pay programs using RMCD data, analytics and market insights to support business performance.

Based in Australia with hybrid working between office and home, this permanent role offers opportunities to lead client relationships, manage portfolios, drive renewals and mentor colleagues while

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with clients or stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• An interest in remuneration, rewards and workforce analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client partnerships.
• Develop strong relationships with HR, Reward and People leaders across a portfolio of clients.
• Become a trusted partner, helping clients navigate remuneration benchmarking, market data and platform capabilities.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive engagement and practical guidance.
• Help clients maximise the value they receive from their participation in Aon's Talent Data Solutions ecosystem.
• Partner with colleagues across Aon to connect clients with broader expertise and solutions when appropriate.
• Drive successful renewals and portfolio growth.
• Manage annual renewals across a portfolio of clients.
• Clearly articulate the value of Aon's data, methodology, insights and technology.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and long‑term retention.
