Qualifications

• Experience in Reward, Remuneration or Compensation & Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support annual remuneration and incentive review cycles.
• Conduct remuneration modelling, analysis and benchmarking activities.
• Produce reward reporting, workforce insights and market analysis.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders on remuneration matters.
