Job summary

Onside is building operational intelligence for agriculture, with a platform that records people, properties, and movements. We’re seeking someone to own the CRM and its underlying data model, integrating with marketing, sales, partners, and customer workflows.

You will build forecasts the leadership team trusts, automate cross-team handoffs, and turn product usage into early renewal signals. This is Melbourne-based work and involves shaping the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• Experience designing a HubSpot setup yourself, beyond administering one someone else built.
• Fluency with automation and APIs, whether through Make, Zapier, n8n or the API directly.
• Confidence modelling and forecasting on data, and a nose for when a number isn't right.
• A track record of removing manual work and making a team measurably faster.

Responsibilities

• Own our CRM and the data model behind it. Marketing, Sales, Partners and Customer all run on the systems you build.
• Review the rest of our go-to-market stack and decide what it becomes, and most of it is open to you.
• Build forecasts the leadership team trusts when planning the quarter and size new markets.
• Automate handoffs between teams, so when a deal stalls someone knows and can see why.
