Qualifications

• Deep HubSpot experience and architecture.
• Fluent in automation and APIs.
• Data-driven mindset for forecasting and insights.
• Ability to reduce manual work and speed up processes.
• Fast learner with ability to self-learn and build new tools.
• Open to feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot end-to-end: pipelines, lifecycle stages, data model and taxonomy across Marketing, Sales, Partners and Customer.
• Audit and shape the go-to-market stack; HubSpot spine remains, rest customizable.
• Provide forecasting and revenue intelligence to plan quarters.
• Automate the commercial funnel: lead routing, scoring, enrichment, handoffs, proposals and contracting workflows.
• Create a single end-to-end process from marketing to support with alerts and explanations for stalls.
• Maintain deal qualification inside the CRM so the team sees next steps at every stage.
• Connect Marketing, Sales and Customer data around one account experience and drive expansion signals.
• Build integrations across HubSpot, ChargeBee, Traction, Cradle and Pendo and future tools.
• Conduct market sizing and territory design as Onside expands into new segments and markets.
