Dicker Data is seeking a proactive returns/warehouse administrator in Kurnell, NSW. You will manage customer and supplier returns, stock storage, and related documentation in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in returns, warehouse or administration role.
• Returns processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, reliable and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and supplier returns accurately and efficiently
• Scan, sort and store returned stock in the correct locations
• Pick, pack and prepare vendor return shipments
• Process customer credits and support return-related administration
• Coordinate customer return collections and supplier return activities
• Assist with stocktakes and management of the DOA warehouse area
• Provide internal support to sales and product teams
• Assist with demo stock processing and other warehouse duties as required
