Accor on the Gold Coast is hiring a Revenue Manager responsible for optimizing revenue and profits across our hotel portfolio. You will work with the Regional Revenue Manager on day-to-day revenue management to unlock potential across properties.

The role focuses on pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution channel management, with collaboration from General Managers and regional teams. A proactive, data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record applying revenue management principles across hotel portfolios.
• Strong data presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build effective connections at all organisational levels.
• Ability to challenge and influence pricing and distribution strategies.
• Experience inspiring teams to adopt a revenue-driven mindset regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies for hotels within designated region.
• Collaborate with General Managers and regional teams on revenue maximisation.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly statistics and monitor trends.
• Evaluate group business strategies for favourable market mix.
• Resolve operational challenges with professionalism and leadership.
• Lower distribution costs and drive room nights to branded websites.
• Manage relationships with online market managers to maximise exposure.
• Enhance market share by pricing strategies, inventory controls, and product mix.
