Job summary

Accor on the Gold Coast is hiring a Revenue Manager responsible for optimizing revenue and profits across our hotel portfolio. You will work with the Regional Revenue Manager on day-to-day revenue management to unlock potential across properties.

The role focuses on pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution channel management, with collaboration from General Managers and regional teams. A proactive, data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies for hotels within designated region.

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly statistics and monitor trends.
• Evaluate group business strategies for favourable market mix.
• Resolve operational challenges with professionalism and leadership.
• Lower distribution costs and drive room nights to branded websites.
• Manage relationships with online market managers to maximise exposure.
• Enhance market share by pricing strategies, inventory controls, and product mix.

Purpose

As Revenue Manager, you will take charge of optimising revenue and profits for a diverse set of properties across our portfolio. Working closely with the Regional Revenue Manager, your focus will be the day-to-day management of revenue, ensuring our properties reach their full potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Hotels within designated region across all market segments
• Work closely with property General Managers and Regional teams on all aspects of revenue maximisation
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly statistics and monitor trends utilising company reports
• Evaluate group business strategies to ensure the attainment of the most favourable market mix
• Resolve operational challenges through professionalism, innovation and leadership
• Focus on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to branded web
• Manage the relationship with online market managers to maximise the region's exposure through these distribution channels.
• Enhance market share and revenue results by implementing effective pricing strategies, optimising inventory controls, and managing product mix efficiently

• Proven track record and strong understanding of revenue management principles
