Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a revenue leader to optimise pricing, demand and distribution across a diverse hotel portfolio. You’ll partner with hotel and commercial teams to drive performance and maximise profitability.

You will shape data-driven strategies, lead performance reviews, and coach teams to embed revenue management excellence across markets. This hybrid role offers exposure to global best practices and meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial strategy.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and demand optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others while driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as revenue lead for a portfolio of hotels, driving pricing, demand and distribution strategies.
• Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Partner with commercial, sales and marketing to align strategies and optimise revenue delivery.
• Support rollout of new systems, tools and revenue initiatives and ensure adoption.
• Lead projects to enhance revenue management practices and outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen revenue management capability.
