The Revenue Growth Manager will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to maximise margins and improve business performance through data-driven insights, commercial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
This role provides commercial support across pricing, tenders, forecasting, sales performance and profitability initiatives, while partnering with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and R&D.
Review and analyse pricing prior to customer submission, ensuring tender proposals are supported by robust commercial models and profitability projections.
Review and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear and meaningful commercial insights and commentary.
Conduct in-depth analysis of trade, market, executional and operational data to develop cost modelling and identify opportunities to maximise margins and profitability.
Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
Assess and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve product range and profitability.
Partner across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D and Sales to identify and recommend profit opportunities across pricing, product, promotions, packaging and trade strategies.
Comply with WH&S policies and procedures and actively contribute to a safe workplace.
Promptly report incidents, actual or potential injuries, unsafe equipment and unsafe work practices.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
A relevant university degree.
A minimum of five years’ commercial experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, Commercial Finance or a related role.
Strong business experience and demonstrated knowledge of the FMCG sector.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
Experience with Dynamics AX and SAP.
Strong financial and analytical capability, with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
