Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will assist in pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyze performance data to optimize hotel revenue.

You will work with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to keep our properties competitive and profitable, and you will be part of a Revenue Management community of practice with mentorship and career development support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with distribution networks including OTAs.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.
• Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
• Prepare materials for weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings.
• Assist in forecasting topline revenue short- and long-term.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and front office to enhance revenue.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IDeaS RM Platform.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share within competitive set and optimize RevPAR.
• Develop understanding of distribution landscape and OTAs.

Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with a knack for numbers to dive into the world of hotel revenue management: assist in developing pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyse performance data to optimize hotel revenue while learning from an experienced team and working with sector-leading technology.

As Revenue Analyst, you will assist in developing pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyze performance data to optimize hotel revenue. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams ensuring our hotel stays competitive and profitable. You will be a part of our revenue management community of practice, receive mentorship support and career development opportunities as you grow in your role as a Heartist®. Our Revenue Analysts can be based in Gold Coast, Sydney, or Melbourne.

You will;

• Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
• Develop a solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.

Skills and Experience
