Job summary

Accor on the Gold Coast is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic pricing and inventory team. You will develop pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyse performance data to optimise RevPAR while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Reservations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hotel roles, strong Excel skills, and a foundational understanding of revenue management. We offer mentorship, learning resources, and opportunities across Accor's global network.

• Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.

• Prepare materials for weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings.
• Help create short- and long-term topline revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to enhance revenue performance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS Revenue Management Platform.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share in the competitive set and optimise RevPAR.
• Develop understanding of distribution landscape including OTAs and distribution networks.

Purpose

As Revenue Analyst, you will assist in developing pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyze performance data to optimize hotel revenue. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams ensuring our hotel stays competitive and profitable. You will be a part of our revenue management community of practice, receive mentorship support and career development opportunities as you grow in your role as a Heartist®.

Our Revenue Analysts can be based in Gold Coast, Sydney, or Melbourne.

You will;

Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.

Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.

Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.

Prepare materials for the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meeting.

Skills and Experience

1-3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.

A foundational understanding of revenue management principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with the distribution landscape and online travel agencies.

Being curious & open minded with a collaborative mindset and a passion for revenue management.

A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
