Job summary

Accor is seeking an energetic Revenue Analyst to dive into hotel revenue management. You will assist in pricing strategy development, manage inventory, and analyze performance data to optimize revenue across our Gold Coast, Sydney, or Melbourne properties.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations and be part of Accor’s Heartist® revenue management community with mentorship and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.
• Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
• Prepare materials for the Revenue Management meetings.
