Job summary

Wise Recruitment and Consulting – Lidcombe NSW is seeking a reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join the Returns Department. The role combines hands-on warehouse work with admin tasks, including Excel-based record-keeping and emails.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in warehousing or logistics, good attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to completing tasks accurately.
• A team player who is also able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer and business returns in accordance with company procedures
• Receive, inspect, sort and process returned stock
• Check returned products for damage, faults or discrepancies and determine the appropriate next steps
• Accurately record return information using spreadsheets and internal systems
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, records and documentation
• Respond to and manage emails relating to returns and follow up on outstanding matters
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and other departments to resolve return-related queries and issues
• Label, scan, sort and organise returned stock within the warehouse
• Repack suitable products and prepare stock for resale, redistribution or further assessment
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
