Job summary

COS | Complete Office Supplies in Lidcombe (Sydney) is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our friendly team. The role is full-time, with Monday to Friday work days and onsite operations supporting guaranteed next-day delivery.

You will handle inventory within the Inventory Department, perform stock counts, QA checks, receiving, replenishment, and order picking/packing, while maintaining accurate stock levels and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and understanding of warehouse OHS requirements.
• High attention to detail.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and data entry (desirable).
• Forklift licence with high reach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick Pack, QA Checks, Receiving Stock, Pallet Put-away, loading and unloading of palletised inbound and outbound freight.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor inventory flow.
• Develop inventory benchmarks and support replenishment across distribution centres.
• Collect, analyse and report inventory trends and variances.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and issue reconciliations with root-cause analysis.
• Identify and resolve process/system issues; drive continuous improvement and ensure safety compliance.
