Job summary

COS in Lidcombe is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our busy warehouse team. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday and focuses on inventory control, order preparation and ensuring next-day delivery. You will perform stock counts, QA checks, receiving and put-away, plus ad hoc warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and understanding of warehouse OHS requirements.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team with good work ethic.
• Basic data entry skills; desirable but not required.
• Current forklift licence with High Reach experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in Inventory Department: stock counts, QA checks, receiving, replenishment, and distribution for next-day delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor inventory flow.
• Develop inventory benchmarks, analyse capacity, support replenishment across centres.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, audits, and data reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve process issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and compliance.
