Job summary

Frog Recruitment is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join a high-performing customer service team in Brisbane. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating collection requests, managing logistics, and updating the CRM to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to maintain turnaround times, support operational requirements, and meet customer expectations consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, support, coordination or administration role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Experience coordinating logistics, inventory, or return processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and action return and collection requests, ensuring timely turnaround and availability of equipment.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding returns and collection schedules.
• Coordinate returns and urgent requests with internal stakeholders to meet business deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of service throughout the return process.
• Liaise with transport providers and drivers to arrange timely collections.
• Monitor return timeframes and escalate any potential delays or issues as required.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to relevant teams.
