Wynstan is seeking a detail-oriented Returns Administrator to join the Installation and Despatch team in Australia. You will manage returns, keep precise records, and support installer van stock requests to keep operations running smoothly.

Key duties include maintaining return documentation, coordinating with Despatch and Ordering, and producing reports. Strong organisation, accuracy, and communication are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate return records, databases and documentation.
• Coordinate returned products with Despatch and Ordering teams.
• Prepare and manage installer van stock requests and dispatch orders.
• Monitor outstanding returns, stock usage and discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and follow up on overdue returns.
• Liaise with installers and internal teams to resolve issues.
