WesTrac is seeking a Store person at our Guildford PDC, WA, to support returned parts processing, credits and inventory transactions. The role emphasizes stock accuracy, discrepancy resolution and timely processing of returns and credits.

You will join our Inventory Control team on a permanent full-time basis at the Guildford location, working 6am–3pm, Monday to Friday, with a safety-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Forklift licence required.
• High reach experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and stock accuracy.
• Confidence using warehouse systems and inventory tools.
• Good problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Clear communication across teams.
• Proactive approach to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Assess returned parts in line with company return policies.
• Process customer and workshop credits accurately and on time.
• Complete inventory transactions using warehouse systems.
• Investigate stock, returns and credit discrepancies.
• Coordinate rejected returns and return consignments.
• Track returned inventory through inbound warehouse processes.
• Support cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with warehouse, workshop and other internal teams.
• Contribute to a safe, organized and continuously improving workplace.
