Job summary

Dicker Data is seeking a proactive Returns Administrator & Warehouse Assistant to join our Sydney team. You will balance office tasks with hands-on warehouse duties, processing customer and supplier returns, and ensuring accurate stock records.

In this role you will lift and move stock, scan items, assist with stocktakes, and support sales and product teams. A forklift licence is preferred, and experience with ERP systems like Pronto is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in returns, warehouse, administration or logistics.
• Proficient with email, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to perform manual handling and lift heavy items.
• Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Undertake regular manual handling and movement of returned stock and equipment.
• Process customer and supplier returns accurately and efficiently.
• Scan, sort and store returned stock in the correct locations.
• Pick, pack and prepare vendor return shipments.
• Process customer credits and support return-related administration.
• Coordinate customer return collections and supplier return activities.
• Assist with stocktakes and management of the DOA warehouse area.
• Provide internal support to sales and product teams.
• Assist with demo stock processing and other warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain a safe, organised and compliant warehouse environment.
