Job summary

SA Health is seeking an experienced Injury Management Business Partner to lead return-to-work services for SALHN employees in Adelaide. Reporting to the Injury Management Team Leader, you will develop and implement RTW plans, coordinate placements, and deliver high-quality documentation.

You will influence policy improvements while ensuring compliance with SA Health and safety legislation and accreditation standards. The role requires strong communication with managers, clinicians and unions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing medium to high-risk workers compensation claims.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload under broad direction with professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders and teams.
• Tertiary qualification and SA Return-to-Work Coordinator certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate return-to-work plans with injured workers and managers.
• Prepare reports, resume writing, job matching and placement coordination for injured workers.
• Contribute to injury management policies and drive continuous improvement across SALHN.
• Support compliance with Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA) and Return to Work Act 2014.
