Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a proactive Return to Work Coordinator in Melbourne to manage workplace injury and workers' compensation cases and coordinate rehabilitation plans.

You will liaise with injured employees, managers, treating practitioners and insurers to facilitate safe, timely return-to-work outcomes, while ensuring compliance with RTW policies and relevant legislation within a healthcare setting.

About You

• Previous experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, Workers Compensation or Rehabilitation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of workers compensation legislation and RTW practices
• Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
• Highly organised with a compassionate and proactive approach

Working closely with managers, employees, treating practitioners and insurers, you will coordinate injury management and rehabilitation plans, ensure compliance with workers compensation legislation, and facilitate safe, timely and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
