Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Return to Work Coordinator in Melbourne to manage workplace injury and workers compensation cases, coordinate rehabilitation plans, and liaise with injured employees, managers and external stakeholders.

You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies while building strong relationships with treating practitioners, insurers and internal teams in a healthcare environment. A proactive, organised approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, Workers Compensation or Rehabilitation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workers compensation legislation and RTW practices.
• Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
• Highly organised with a compassionate and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• As the Return to Work Coordinator, you will manage workplace injury and workers compensation cases, coordinate rehabilitation plans, liaise with injured employees, managers and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
• Working closely with managers, employees, treating practitioners and insurers, you will coordinate injury management and rehabilitation plans, ensure compliance with workers compensation legislation, and facilitate safe, timely and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
