Nexgen Australia is seeking a motivated Retention Sales Account Manager who excels at building strong client relationships and driving revenue. This role is based in the office, Monday to Friday, in Sydney, Australia.

You will schedule appointments, generate retention-focused opportunities, upsell services, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues—offering uncapped commissions and an OTE around $130k+. This is a dynamic, team-driven environment that rewards performance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales retention.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to qualify leads and generate interest over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing them to save accounts from churning.
• Demonstrated experience in phone-based sales.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a keen interest in sales and customer success.

Aufgaben

• Scheduling Appointments – Secure meetings with qualified prospects for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to close the deal.
• Lead Generation – Conduct outbound calls and research to identify potential customers, qualifying them for meetings with the BDMs.
• Develop and execute retention strategies to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and resolve them promptly and effectively.
