Nexgen Australia, now backed by Aussie Broadband, is hiring a high‑performing B2B sales hunter to close new business from warm and inbound leads in Sydney. You will own the sales cycle, from discovery to closing, with the support of a fast‑growing telecoms team.

This on‑site role requires confident phone selling, a hunter mindset, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Expect uncapped commissions and a realistic OTE tied to your performance.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with phone-based selling.
• Proven closing ability and target attainment.
• Comfortable handling inbound/outbound leads and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound enquiries from Australian business owners.
• Follow up referral and marketing-generated leads.
• Prospect new opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Close opportunities over the phone.
• Manage pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with leadership and executives.
