Looking for a role where you can own your work, solve problems, and make an impact? We’re hiring a Retail Technology Assistant to help onboard stores to our loyalty program, integrate POS systems, and support retail technology operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead store onboarding – Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system.
• Manage POS & API integrations – Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with vendors – Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines.
• Support & problem-solve – Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
• Bridge the gap – Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Document & improve – Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in technology support, integrations, or a similar role.
• Understanding of APIs, POS systems, and app development processes.
• Strong communication skills – Able to explain technical details in simple terms.
• Problem-solving and project management skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
