Telstra is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant at MT Gravatt to assist customers with product selection, service activation, and basic troubleshooting. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service and contribute to store performance in a dynamic, in-person environment.

You'll stay current with Telstra gadgets and services, apply a consultative selling approach, and aim to meet or exceed sales targets while supporting customers and teammates.

Qualifications
