ShiftCare is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure the highest quality of coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.

You will manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service, develop relationships with customers and suppliers, maintain a welcoming shop environment, and handle inventory and new recipe development while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as Head Barista or senior coffee-making role.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and coffee bean suppliers.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop environment.
• Manage inventory and ordering of coffee and supplies.
