ShiftCare is seeking a skilled Head Barista to lead our coffee team while working remotely. You will drive quality, training, and customer service across shifts, ensuring top-notch beverage preparation and shop standards in a flexible environment.

You will manage inventory, develop new recipes, and maintain rigorous health and safety practices, reporting to the CTO. The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proven experience as Head Barista or senior coffee role.
• Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of baristas to maintain quality and service.
