ShiftCare is seeking a Head Barista to lead our coffee team remotely from Australia. You will train baristas, maintain quality, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will manage inventory, create new recipes, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with suppliers. A strong leadership record and advanced barista skills are essential, with Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Head Barista or in a senior coffee-making role.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification in Advanced Barista Skills or equivalent.

• Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service.
