Job summary

STRAND is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Orange location to drive store performance and deliver excellent customer experiences. You’ll lead from the floor, coach your team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet commercial goals while fostering a positive, growth-focused culture.

You’ll coach and motivate staff, drive sales, maintain standards, manage stock and assist with rostering, while upholding STRAND’s values and ensuring a safe working environment.
