STRAND is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brisbane to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager, lead from the floor, coach your team, and help achieve commercial goals while fostering a positive culture that supports growth.

You’ll focus on coaching, maintaining standards, stock control, rostering, and promoting STRAND’s brand values. A dynamic, customer‑driven leader who can motivate others will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervision.
• Adept at coaching and developing a team.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, achieve store KPIs and lead when required.
